Free registration enables RSVPstyle.com members to view video tips from Cathy and home industry experts, read articles and Q&As, keep up with RSVPstyle news and events and follow Cathy’s blog.

At RSVPstyle.com’s live online community, members upload photos of their own spaces, strutting some as Showcases and seeking viewers’ help for Design Dilemmas. Places lets members track and share photos of ongoing projects with friends, family and trade professionals.

The RSVPstyle philosophy: whether a design or decorating project takes a Saturday afternoon or two months, whether it costs $50 or $150,000, anyone willing to develop their eye for design can achieve a beautiful space. The website is a must for beginning enthusiasts, talented amateurs with more to learn and much to share, and homeowners seeking efficient communication on the same wavelength as their contractors, architects, interior decorators and sales and tradespeople.

RSVPstyle.com is based in Honolulu, a cosmopolitan crossroads of island and urban, East and West. Hawaii’s blend of influences from all over the world is a continuing inspiration for Cathy and her team of experts. RSVPstyle’s ongoing Invitation to Design workshops, featuring Cathy and local professionals, draw sell-out crowds at venues including the Hilton Hawaiian Village and the Hawaii Convention Center. In addition, invitations from Macy’s, Crystal Cruises and others have led to mini-workshops at those venues.

Established in late 2006, RSVPstyle launched its first Invitation to Design workshops a few months later. The website’s beta launch followed in July 2007, with online community features added in October 2007. RSVPstyle’s line of learning products includes the Deluxe Style Kit—an all-in-one crash course for the beginning design/décor enthusiast, with a 3½-hour Invitation to Design DVD series, full-color workbook, organizer, style supplies and sturdy shoulder tote—as well as RSVPstyle’s $30,000 Style My Room Makeover DVD. The Learn to Decorate with Style Starter Set features the three-disc DVD series and Training Guide and is available at Borders, Barnes & Noble, Sam’s Club and Costco stores in Hawaii.

Co-founders Cathy Lee and Lissa Rodrigues are sisters-in-law and the creative and strategic forces behind RSVPstyle.com. They bring a combined 30-plus years of experience in home design and décor, entrepreneurship and information technology to their dream venture. The principals are supported by an eclectic and opinionated team of specialists in media production, editing, web design and the home design and decorating industry.
